Invite Jennie Community & Global Stewardship
Build people. Preserve culture. Create peace across generations.
Jennie believes the privilege of inheriting knowledge, relationships, and resources carries a responsibility: to keep learning, teach generously, and strengthen the people and communities who will build what comes next.

The school · Established 2020
A place to practice craft, grit, and continuity.
In 2020, Jennie established a STEM and craftsmanship school in China. It is open to anyone interested in learning through the hand: developing patience, persistence, practical intelligence, and a deeper relationship with China’s rich craft traditions.
The school treats craftsmanship as more than vocational training. A difficult material teaches humility. Repetition builds steadiness. Completing something with care develops confidence. The same qualities that form a craftsperson also form a responsible successor.

Work as practice
“Work is no longer simply a business to me. It is a practice—something studied, repeated, and deepened over a lifetime.”
Like spiritual study or the long apprenticeship of a master craftsperson, meaningful work cannot be rushed. Jennie believes that when each project is considered on a generational horizon, companies make healthier decisions: investing in people, protecting relationships, transferring knowledge, and leaving room for those who come next.
Education as giving back
Preparing the person who will inherit the responsibility.
Jennie contributes to family-office and family-business communities through talks, practical workshops, and private conversations about succession. Her focus is not only the succession plan, but the successor: personal formation, emotional health, family relationships, cultural fluency, and the ability to carry responsibility without losing a sense of self.
The principles apply at every scale—from a household learning to communicate, to a multigenerational ownership family, to a company learning how to preserve its culture through change.
Start with Family Culture. Build the calendar that turns your family's values into shared practice.
Continuous study
To teach responsibly, remain a student.
Jennie treats education as a lifelong operating discipline. She continues to learn through executive education, university communities, peer exchange, field visits, and conversations with founders, scholars, educators, and families across cultures.
The purpose is not credential collecting. It is to keep testing ideas against real people and real institutions—then translate what works into practical methods that families can use. Every classroom she enters as a student strengthens the classrooms she leads for others.

Across companies, cultures, and countries
Relationships are infrastructure for peace.
Jennie brings employees, family members, global business partners, and friends into shared experiences—from meals and learning journeys to community traditions and team challenges.
Her international work connects business leaders and families across Greater China, Southeast Asia, Japan, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. By helping people understand one another beyond a transaction, she hopes to strengthen the trust on which long-term cooperation—and peace for the next generation—depends.

Why Legacy Architech
Because continuity must be designed before it is needed.
Legacy Architech brings these convictions together: a family is a living system; a successor must be educated before ownership arrives; culture is carried through repeated practices; and business can become a bridge between worlds.
Jennie is building Legacy Architech to help families preserve more than financial capital. Its work develops the relationships, judgment, rituals, leadership, and sense of purpose that allow enterprise and family life to remain healthy across generations.
Having inherited both opportunity and the memory of rupture, Jennie believes this generation’s responsibility is not to rebuild everything from zero again. It is to use what has been entrusted to us to create stronger families, more humane businesses, and deeper understanding across cultures.
