How information submitted to Legacy Architech is collected, stored, and used.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Information we collect

When you use the Family Calendar Builder or Family Passport and request a download, we collect the name, email address, and city that you provide. If you join the Global Legacy Architech Family, we may also collect your optional 2027 trip votes, interests, and notes. We also record whether you chose the optional newsletter, your required consent, the consent language shown to you, the source page, page URL, and submission time. A one-way technical identifier may be used temporarily to limit automated abuse; we do not store your raw IP address with your contact record.

Why we collect it

We use this information to provide the calendar download you requested, maintain an accurate record of consent, respond to questions or privacy requests, understand where requests originated, and protect the form from abuse. If you tick the optional newsletter box, we record that preference so Legacy Architech can contact you about family continuity in the future.

Where it is stored

Every submission is stored in Legacy Architech’s private website database. This database is accessible only through the login-protected Legacy Architech administration area. When email notifications are enabled, the contact’s name, email address, and basic submission details are also sent through Resend to hello@legacyarchitech.com. We do not add these contacts to an outside newsletter list.

Your tool entries stay in your browser

The birthdays, family dates, meeting cadence, travel plans, learning records, and other entries you type into the planning portions of the Family Calendar Builder or Family Passport never leave your browser. They are used locally to create your download. Only the contact details, choices, and optional note you explicitly submit through a lead or community form are sent to Legacy Architech’s private database; the basic contact details may also be included in the notification described above.

Newsletter choice

Newsletter sign-up is optional. Choosing not to tick the box does not prevent you from using either tool or downloading your files. If you opt in, Jennie Ho will use the email address stored in the private database to email you directly about family continuity. Every newsletter email will include a clear way to unsubscribe.

Access, deletion, and unsubscribe requests

You may unsubscribe using the link in any future newsletter. To ask what information we hold, correct it, or request deletion from the private database, email hello@legacyarchitech.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify and complete your request.

Service providers and changes

Legacy Architech uses hosting and database services to operate this website. We may update this policy as the website or service providers change; the date above will show the latest revision.
